1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Becomely, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. What Becomely is

Becomely is a daily promise-keeping app built by MAAY Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. It is currently in founding-member testing. Features described on our site and in the app may change, be removed, or not work perfectly while we’re in this phase. We’ll do our best to communicate changes, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service during testing.

3. Who can use Becomely

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you’re confirming you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Pre-launch testing & Waitlist

Becomely is currently in a pre-launch testing phase and is waitlist-only. During this testing phase, there are no subscriptions, payment processing, or service fees required. We may introduce premium subscription plans, trial structures, or payment options in the future once the product officially launches, and any such changes will be clearly communicated in advance.

7. Your content

Your promises, reflections, letters, and photos belong to you. By using Becomely, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display this content back to you as part of the app’s core functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond running the app for you, unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, by posting to the Together feed described in Section 8).

8. Together feed

Becomely includes an optional anonymous community feed called Together. Posts you make there are displayed to other users without your identity attached. You’re responsible for the content you share — don’t post anything unlawful, harassing, or that reveals someone else’s private information. We may remove posts that violate these terms, and repeat violations may result in account termination.

9. Acceptable use

Don’t use Becomely to store or share unlawful content, impersonate someone else, attempt to breach the app’s security, or interfere with other users’ access to the service.

10. Not a substitute for professional care

Becomely is a self-accountability tool, not a medical, psychological, or crisis service. It is not designed or equipped to support users experiencing a mental health crisis. If you’re in distress or having thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis helpline in your area rather than relying on this app.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent billing activity.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Becomely is provided “as is,” especially during this testing phase. We make no guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MAAY Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Becomely evolves out of testing. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you directly.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
