How do I cancel my subscription?

Mobile: cancel from your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings — search for "Becomely" and tap Cancel. Web: reply to your Razorpay receipt or email us and we'll cancel within 24h. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where is my data stored?

MongoDB Atlas, hosted in the AP-South (Mumbai) region. Photos are optional and stored as base64 blobs against your anonymous device UUID.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app → Settings → Danger Zone → Start Fresh. This wipes everything permanently and cannot be recovered.

Do you share my data with anyone?

No. We do not sell, share or license your data. See our Privacy Policy.

The reel export failed.

Ensure you have at least one memory saved, then try again from a stable connection. Reels are rendered server-side and typically take 5-30 seconds.

My reflection reminder never fires.

iOS/Android: ensure notification permissions are granted (Settings → Notifications → Becomely). Reminders only work on native devices; the web preview does not support scheduled notifications.
